Brand new and lovely three-room apartment located along Corso d'Augusto in the heart of the City Center, particularly suitable for lovers of culture and the sea. A short walk from the Palacongressi and the most important monuments of the city such as the Teatro Galli, the Arch of Augustus, the Tiberius Bridge. Close to all services, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 20-minute walk from the sea, a few steps from the Cervi Park bike path that connects the historic center with the sea.

Spacious, bright and cozy three-room apartment located on the second floor with an elevator accessed by descending two steps. The apartment is elegantly furnished with a modern design. Of course, there are all the essentials of comfort even for the smallest guests. Upon request, we have a crib complete with bedding and pillow in addition to a high chair and dishes suitable for children.

The sleeping area consists of two rooms, one of which is a double with a comfortable double bed, walk-in closet, bedside tables, a desk with a chair and a 32" flat-screen satellite Smart TV. The other room is a triple, with a double bed and single sofa bed, bedside tables, closet, desk with a chair and 32" flat-screen satellite Smart TV.

The living area accommodates a full kitchen, equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, sink and hand dishwashing kit, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, and dishwasher with a welcome supply of two tablets. Blender and toaster on request.

Completing the environment is a snack/breakfast bar with two comfortable stools where you will find a bottle of water, salt and convenient single-serving sachets of olive oil, sugar and honey. Convenience is provided by the Illy® Iperespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules, kettle with selection of herbal teas and teas, as well as all the technology needed for a quality stay, such as high-speed Wi-Fi line and washer/dryer with a welcome supply of two Dash Pods®. The living area is separate from the kitchen and features an extendable dining table, a comfortable French sofa bed*, a cabinet and Smart TV with 43" flat screen. The bathroom area features a large walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hair dryer. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, and mosquito nets in all windows!

*Please note that one of the available beds is a French sofa bed, so our TIP is to use it individually or one adult plus one child.
