Brand new and lovely studio apartment located along Corso d'Augusto in the heart of the Old Town, particularly suitable for lovers of culture and the sea. A short walk from the Palacongressi and the most important monuments of the city such as the Teatro Galli, the Arch of Augustus, the Tiberius Bridge. Close to all services, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 20-minute walk from the sea, a few steps from the Cervi Park bike path that connects the historic center with the sea.

Spacious, bright and cozy loft located on the second floor with elevator, which is accessed by descending two steps.

The apartment is elegantly furnished with a modern design.

The Augusto loft hides a romantic secret: a small balcony directly overlooking the Corso d'Augusto with a view of the historic and impressive Arch of Augustus.

Upon request, we have a crib complete with linens and pillow, as well as a high chair and dishes suitable for children.

Of course, all the essentials of comfort are present: double bed, bedside tables, closet and Smart TV with 43" flat screen.

The living area accommodates a sitting area with a comfortable French sofa bed*, dining table, and full kitchen equipped with two-burner induction cooktop, sink and full dishwashing kit, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, and dishwasher with a welcome supply of two tablets. Blender and toaster on request.

Comfort is provided by Illy® Iperespresso coffee machine with welcome capsule supply, kettle with selection of herbal teas and teas. Also present are a bottle of water on the table, salt and convenient single-serving sachets of olive oil, sugar and honey, as well as all the technology needed for a quality stay, such as high-speed Wi-Fi line and washer/dryer with complimentary two Dash Pods®.

The bathroom area features a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hair dryer. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) and mosquito nets in all windows!

*Please note that one of the available beds is a French sofa bed, so our TIP is to use it individually or one adult plus one child.
