Brand new and lovely two-room apartment located along Corso d'Augusto in the heart of the Old Town, particularly suitable for lovers of culture and the sea. A short walk from the Palacongressi and the most important monuments of the city such as the Teatro Galli, the Arch of Augustus, the Tiberius Bridge. Close to all services, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 20-minute walk from the sea, a few steps from the Cervi Park bike path that connects the historic center with the sea.

Spacious, bright and cozy one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor with elevator accessed by descending two steps. The apartment overlooks a pleasant balcony - equipped with a small table and two chairs, where it is possible to smoke - on the inner courtyard of the building. The apartment is elegantly furnished with a modern design.

Upon request, we have a crib complete with linen and pillow, as well as a high chair and dishes suitable for children.

The sleeping area consists of a double room with comfortable double bed, closet, bedside tables, desk with a chair, and 32" flat-screen satellite Smart TV.

The living area accommodates a sitting area with a comfortable French sofa bed*, dining table, and full kitchen equipped with two-burner induction cooktop, sink and full dishwashing kit, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, and dishwasher with a welcome supply of two tablets. Blender and toaster on request.

Comfort is provided by Illy® Iperespresso coffee machine with welcome capsule supply, kettle with selection of herbal teas and teas. Also present are a bottle of water on the table, salt and convenient single-serving sachets of olive oil, sugar and honey, as well as all the technology needed for a quality stay, such as high-speed Wi-Fi line and washer/dryer with complimentary two Dash Pods®.

The bathroom area features a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hair dryer. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and mosquito nets in all windows!

*Please note that one of the available beds is a French sofa bed, so our TIP is to use it individually or one adult plus one child.
